When Manchester School of Technology needed a new home for their academic airplane, they hired SCMI to bring their vision to life. This was a design build project that consisted of attaching a metal building to an existing structure. Site prep was completed for the poured concrete foundation. Structural steel was set in place, then cladded with insulated metal panels. The space was heated for all year comfort and an automatic overhead door installed for access. This project was a collaborative effort that produced a great final product.
