Our work
Initially focused on smaller projects, SCMI quickly established a reputation for excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. This strong foundation has allowed for expansion into larger and more complex commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. SCMI has worked for the Federal Government, specifically the GSA, since 2008, successfully completing many projects over the years. Other repeat clients include the Associated Grocers of New England and General Electric. Projects have included high end finishes like our renovation of the NH Bankruptcy Court, interior fit outs, new metal buildings, mechanical upgrades and abatement services. Every client has unique needs and project requirements, it is in these specialized circumstances that we thrive and deliver results that exceed expectations. We have the experience and capability to take on any project, large or small and complete it with the highest level of quality and professionalism.

Upfront Planning
We take the time to ensure every step is meticulously planned out. We review site logistics and laydown areas. We conduct safety planning with Job Hazard Analysis (JSA) and collect MSDS sheets for all products. We create detailed schedules, so you know what to expect. Our planning creates success.
