Schroeder Construction Management was founded in 2005 when Jack Schroeder’s former employer went out of business. With ongoing projects that needed to be finished, clients came to Jack to bring them to successful completion. 19 years later Jack and his team are still providing high-quality construction services to the unique needs of clients. Initially focusing on smaller projects, SCMI quickly established a reputation for excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. This strong foundation allowed the company to expand its portfolio to include larger and more complex commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
Over the years, SCMI has grown significantly, broadening its portfolio to include design-build, historical restoration, mechanical renovation, and facilities maintenance. The company’s growth can be attributed to its consistent delivery of high-quality work, on-time project completion, and competitive pricing. SCMI’s hands-on approach and dedication to client satisfaction has earned a loyal customer base and numerous repeat clients.

In 2023 David Schroeder Jack’s son, re-joined the SCMI team after 10 years of working for a large national construction company. David has brought many of the large construction values and operations to SCMI and is helping promote best building practices and company growth. David works closely with Jack to preserve and build the integrity of Schroeder Construction Management for many years to come.
