40 Pine Street

The 40 Pine Street renovation was a successful, collaboration between the owner, design team, and construction partners. To maintain building occupancy throughout construction, the project was completed in carefully planned phases, renovating one half of the facility at a time before transitioning occupants and beginning work in the remaining areas.

Major improvements included the construction of a new elevator addition, complete interior renovations, a fully upgraded building façade with new EIFS, windows, and exterior finishes, as well as site improvements including drainage upgrades and new paving. The result is a modernized, fully accessible facility that will serve its occupants for years to come. We are very proud of this final product and the project experience we were able to provide for our client.
